Any wedding that ends with my bride and groom jumping in the pool is what I call a FUN wedding! Jocelyn and Timothy were a wonderful couple to work with. They are easy going, attractive and are wonderful dancers. Even as a smaller wedding, this couple and their wedding guests had big personalities, and kept me entertained all night. Not only did Jocelyn and Timothy jump in the pool at the end of the reception, but so did half their wedding party. It was amazing! Best of luck to this beautiful duo.

I love this couple! Juliana and Beau are one of the nicest people you will meet. We really kicked it off at our “movie theater” engagement session, and I’ve been looking forward to their wedding ever since. Juliana and Beau are high school sweethearts, and their much anticipated wedding was a very heartfelt event. Juliana’s family came all the way from Poland. We had such a great time photographing Danielle and Liron’s wedding. The beautiful bride and her handsome groom celebrate their love for each other with family and friends from all over the world. To start, we love the photographs that we got from Danielle and Liron’s first sight. They were just so excited to see each other, and looked so happy. Their ceremony was so full of energy. Wedding guests clapped as the wedding party walked down the aisle. Family and friends loudly cheered for Liron and Danielle when they walked down. It was so exciting! The liveliness continued into reception. The decor was awesome! The fog machine was a hit, and made for some very cool photographs. The dance floor stayed packed all night. Danielle and Liron know how to put on a great party, and it was an honor for us to be able to document their special day. Best of luck to the newlyweds!

There is nothing better than when past clients call to let me know that they are expecting a baby! It brings me such joy when I am able to share with my clients all their life’s best moments. I photographed LaVonne and Chris’ wedding last summer, so when LaVonne told me that she was expecting her first child this summer, I was so excited. I knew that if their baby took after dad, that he or she would be BIG. So it was no surprise when LaVonne told me that at ten weeks, Madelyn was off the charts for her height and weight. Madelyn definitely has star quality. She loves the camera, and playing dress up. She especially loves feathers. It was a lot of fun working with this great couple again and their beautiful baby girl. It was such a pleasure working with Darenda and James. This wonderful couple had a beautiful and intimate afternoon wedding on the day when Tropical Storm Bonnie was suppose to come through South Florida. Luckily, all the bad weather passed Friday morning. Thus, Darenda and James exchanged vows on a perfect Miami summer day. The only remains of Tropical Storm Bonnie was a little wind, which kept the hot air from standing still. My favorite photograph from the wedding was when Darenda’s wedding veil flew off her head just as their driver popped the champagne cork open! It was so funny. See the image below. Their wedding would not have been as lovely if it were not for Darenda amazing floral talents. As a local florist based in Homestead and an event designer, no details were left untouched. The flower arrangements were just AMAZING! I love the long rectangular tables in their reception room. Darenda did such an amazing job putting together such a bright and beautiful wedding. Congratulations to you both!

Danielle and Jason’s beautiful wedding was an event that celebrate their love for each other, and also their love for the important people in their lives. It was a very emotional wedding. The tears started when Danielle put on her dress, and continued until the reception during a very moving mother-daughter dance. It’s apparent the special relationship that Danielle shares with her mother. I love when clients let you act as a fly on the wall, which really allows for us to capture the true raw emotions throughout the day. The decor for the wedding was stunning. Danielle did a wonderful job designing the look of her reception. What wedding can be complete without an Irish folk singer? We’ve seen bands, DJs, hola girls, belly dancing, Marichi Bands, Klezmer Musicians…but never an Irish folk singer. It was very creative with the green bridesmaid dresses, and was a lot of fun to watch! Congratulations to this beautiful couple.

There is something magical about having a wedding down in the Florida Keys, and Christy and Andy’s wedding was no exception, in fact it was AMAZING! We have been looking forward to photographing this couple’s wedding for a long time, and their big day exceeded our expectations. Christy, who blogs for BridalBuds.com, has been anticipating her big day for quite sometime, and it was so wonderful experiencing all the excitement with her and Andy. (p.s. their first sight photographs are a must see! ) We are also so excited to announce that Christy and Andy’s wedding will be featured in Southern Bride Magazine this December, and we’ll anxiously be waiting to see our photographs in print.
